The goal was to create the look and feel of a new Over 55’s residential development in the Southern Highlands inspired by its surrounds. Enveloped by Bowral’s majestic pine trees, the identity of this residential community took inspiration from the site itself — the deep greens are a nod to nature, and the brochure design is tailored to its Over 55’s clientele.
